Psychotherapy

Psychotherapy is a powerful investment in your well-being, a profound act of self-care, and a demonstration of love, both for yourself and those you care about. It’s a transformative journey that fosters self-discovery, emotional healing, and stronger, more meaningful relationships.

I am specialized in integrative psychotherapy, which involves a relational, individual, couple, or group therapeutic approach focused on the therapeutic relationship. It integrates the emotional, cognitive, behavioural, and bodily aspects and views the person as a whole—mind, body, and spirit. I chose integrative psychotherapy because it is a generous therapy that combines elements from different therapeutic approaches such as psychodynamic, cognitive-behavioural, humanistic, and experiential therapies. Integrating different techniques allows me to personalize and adapt the intervention to your specific needs, considering your unique personality, circumstances, and goals. We are all different, and what works for one person may not work as well for another.
